So it is definitely worth trying how your body reacts to that. It is important to remember that there are many complex carbohydrates and healthy protein sources that can help our body function optimally and may not generate significant glucose and insulin peaks. So it is not wise to eliminate all carbohydrate-rich food sources in advance.
